But I find this well-written short fic strangely cathartic. (Angst)

This elegantly-written short fic packs a lot of emotional punch into few words ... and always makes me cry when I read it. "They are souls wrapped in delicate flesh wrappers..." (Hard to describe. I guess it's sort of fluffy angst?)
